Daniel and Racheline Allen

Dear Rabbi Schusterman,

Racheline and I can’t thank you enough for performing the Bris for our son Zachary. This was not the first Bris for one of our children. Although our first Mohel was recommended to us and did an exceptional job, we feel that our experiences with you was the complete package.

  • We wanted a Conservative or Orthodox Brit Milah
  • You were professional, caring and concerned about the well-being of our child
  • You prepared us for what to expect in the procedure and had a contingency just in case we were missing anything
  • You listened to what we wanted in a Brit Milah ceremony and you were open to our new ideas and customs
  • You were sympathetic to our financial needs and willing to work with us on costs
  • You made the ceremony a memorable experience for myself, Racheline, our family and our guests
  • You followed up with Zachary shortly after the ceremony to make sure he was doing ok and with us via text to make sure he continued making progress.
  • You drove all the way back to our home the next day to make sure he was doing ok.

A Brit Milah is a joyous occasion and we felt it important to preserve our own traditions, songs and customs. You delivered in that regard and we can’t thank you enough. In our search for a mohel, for whatever reason, we found that most Mohelim are opposed to deviating from their customary routine of performing the ceremony.

We would be happy to recommend you to any Jewish parents who are looking for an authentic traditional Bris.

Thank you again!

Just bumped into these twins four years later at their little cousin Elijah’s bris. What a nice surprise.

Hi Rabbi,

Thanks for checking in. Sorry I have not had a chance to reply. Been crazy busy and hectic since Angela left … Reality has set in.

Both boys are healing well. Jacob is healing a bit faster than Tyler but all is good.

Below is the testimonial:

Thank you so much for performing the double bris for our twin boys. My wife and I are happy we were referred to you. Both boys are healing well.

We appreciate your coming to the house to check out the boys before the bris and for taking the time to answer our questions and explain everything to us. You helped put our minds at ease. The ceremony was meaningful and the guests enjoyed your explanations of the customs being performed.

Thank as well for all the follow-ups to check on their healing, especially for coming to the house the next day to change their bandages and to make sure they looked good. You have shown great care and professionalism. We will certainly recommend you to others who are in need of a mohel.

All the best.

Dear Rabbi Nechemia,

Thank you for performing the Bris on our son Aron in such a caring and professional manner. Everybody who attended the Bris were impressed with the quality of care and your expertise in performing this very important milestone in Jewish life. As new parents, we were very nervous to say the least; however, you were able to quell our fears and concerns. Lastly, thank you also for performing the bris so close to Pesach too!

We will recommend you to any Jewish parents who are looking for an authentic traditional Bris.

Thank you again!

Dear Rabbi Nechemia,

We would like to thank you with all our hearts for performing the Bris

in such a caring and professional manner. Thank you for calling several

times and answering all our questions. You were so friendly and cheerful

at the Bris and made us all feel good and helped relieve the natural

tension any parent might feel during the procedure. Our midwife was also

very impressed with how you handled the Bris. She said the way you

performed it was one of the best and most professional she had ever seen..

The instructions you gave us were detailed and easy to follow. Thank you

so much for your follow-up visit the next day to check on Aaron and then

coming over yet one more time (at our request) to make sure everything was fine. Aaron

has recovered quickly and easily, thank G-d.

We will wholeheartedly recommend you to anyone who asks!

Best regards from our whole family,

Hi Rav Schusterman,

I wanted to thank you for your mohel services.  Your explanations of the bris itself, as well as how to take care of the bris area helped me to understand and feel confident in what I needed to do to care for my son.  I really appreciated the time you took with us the day after the bris to check that the area was healing well and to verify we knew how to care of the area. Your concern for health and safety really showed and your diligence for fine work is to be commended.  As a mom with a first son, I felt confident and comfortable with the work you did.  On a routine check up visit with the pediatrician, the doctor also commented on the job well done.

Rabbi Schusterman performed the bris for both of our sons, Oren and Eli. He was so thorough in explaining the procedure and ceremony, walking us through the preparation and aftercare, and checking in with us regularly. Both boys handled the event well, and healed quickly and fully, thank G-d. Rabbi Schusterman’s kindness and availability throughout the whole process made everything so easy. We really couldn’t be any happier with our whole experience working with Rabbi Schusterman, and would recommend him to anyone looking for a mohel!

We are avalailable for referal if needed.

We would highly recommend you to anyone who needs a mohel! We definitly give you 10 stars of approval!

Good morning!  The twins had their appointment yesterday and the doctor said that you did an excellent job and that Mazal Avraham is doing great.

Thank you for going out of your way to do the Bris on Thanksgiving morning.  Maybe I will see you at Shul one morning, if I can get up early enough to get up to Peabody for morning services.
