Dear Rabbi Nechemia,
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for doing the Bris in such a caring, professional manner. Thank you so much for coming to check in and calling to make sure that everything is all right. Noam is recovering wonderfully and we could not have been more pleased in the way in which you handled it all. We are happy to recommend you to any of our relatives and friends. Hi Rabbi –
I hope you are doing well.
I just wanted to let you know that Zachary’s healing has progressed very well and all is looking good. Once again, thank you so much for handling everything in such a professional way. We are extremely pleased with how everything turned out both for the bris itself and the recovery. All the personal attention (visits and phone calls) before and after the bris were greatly appreciated (having you there to change the bandage the next day was particularly appreciated). Needless to say, we could not be more happy to have chosen the “new mohel” in town to help us with this important event.
Thank you again, and I look forward to staying in touch.
Best regards and Shabbat Shalom from our whole family.

Dear Rabbi Schusterman,
We wanted to say “thank you” and let you know how much we appreciate everything you did for our son’s bris. We went to the pediatrician recently and she said the bris was beautiful and that you did such a nice job!
We are so happy that Rabbi Krinsky (very highly) recommended you to us – our original plan was to call a mohel from New York, but then we were concerned that a rabbi from out of town would have left the day of the bris and would not be available afterwards. We certainly made the right decision! Your follow-up was tremendous – not only did you come all the way to our house to help change the bandages, but you contacted us almost every day afterwards to see how we were doing. It made me feel SO comfortable that you were always available (even from your Blackberry!) to answer all my questions and concerns. I also appreciated all of the information you provided me with – I felt confident always knowing what was happening each step of the way (I especially liked the “after care” information sheet – it was a great reference after the bris!).
And finally, not only did you do a professional job, but I truly felt like you cared for us and were genuinely concerned about my son’s well-being. I will never forget it…

Hi Nechemia,
I just wanted to let you know that Zalman’s bris is healing beautifully. This is my third boy and it never felt this easy!
I just want to say thank you so much for everything. Starting from the beautiful ceremony that you led that made everyone feel so at ease. We had a big mix of people there and everyone felt so comfortable. I loved the way you explained each step of the process, throwing in a joke to relax your audience. A friend of mine who is expecting called me right after the bris to find out if you would come down for her as well. I hope so.
Your genuine care for the baby and how he was recovering was admirable. It was so reassuring for me to know that I could call on you for any little concern of mine. It really made the whole process so much easier on me and the baby.
Thanks so much

Dear Rabbi Schusterman,

Our experience with Rabbi Schusterman as a mohel was extremely positive. Our son was born with jaundice so the bris had to be delayed. Rabbi Schusterman was in constant contact with us about our son’s health and he clarified for us when we could reschedule the bris. The bris was quick and meaningful. Rabbi Schusterman clearly explained the ceremony to the guests and made everyone feel at ease. The day after the bris Rabbi Schusterman came back to change the baby’s bandage and he was always accessible to guide us through the aftercare process. When I took him to the doctor, she said that our son healed swiftly and beautifully. We would highly recommend Rabbi Shusterman as a mohel.

Hope all is well with you and your family. Thank you again for your kindness, skill, and reassurace during Yonatan’s extended bris experience.
Happy Lag Baomer,
Wendy

Subject: Recomendation
My name is Elijah Haykinson and I am Russian Jew. I have lived in United States for few years. When my son Samuel was born I turn to a local chabad house in New Hamshire to find a mohel to perform a briz for a new born. They recommended Rabbi Nechemia Schusterman from Peabody Massachusetts.
I was a little worried about a procedure at first, however, once I met with Rabbi Schusterman he was able to completely eleviate my worries, by clearly describing what will be involved in the procedure. In addition he spoke a good deal of Russian to be able to communicate with my wife’s elderly grammar and explained what will take place and the reason for it.
After a briz he describe in clear details the healing process , what to expect and how to care for the organ. He also followed up with my family thought a day. The following day he made a 100 mile trip to check on the baby and change bandages to insure proper healing.
I found Rabbi Nechemia Schusterman to be an excellent mohel and would strongly recommend him for any family. Hi Rabbi,
Thanks for checking in. Sorry I have not had a chance to reply. Been crazy busy and hectic since Angela left … Reality has set in.
Both boys are healing well. Jacob is healing a bit faster than Tyler but all is good.
Below is the testimonial:
Thank you so much for performing the double bris for our twin boys. My wife and I are happy we were referred to you. Both boys are healing well.
We appreciate your coming to the house to check out the boys before the bris and for taking the time to answer our questions and explain everything to us. You helped put our minds at ease. The ceremony was meaningful and the guests enjoyed your explanations of the customs being performed.
Thank as well for all the follow-ups to check on their healing, especially for coming to the house the next day to change their bandages and to make sure they looked good. You have shown great care and professionalism. We will certainly recommend you to others who are in need of a mohel.
All the best.

Dear Rabbi Schusterman,
We would like to thank you again for the bris. We especiallyv appreciate that you came before the bris to check the baby and that you came after the bris to change bandages. It was very helpful that you would always answer your cell phone and would reply promptly to our emails.
Now everything has healed perfectly and Leonard is happy and smiling.
We will be happy to recommend you to all our friends and relatives.
Best wishes to you and your family,

Hi Rabbi,
Cara and I wanted to thank you very much for everything that you did for the Bris. When I say everything, I mean from talking to us on the phone and emailing prior to the ceremony, coming to check Ari before and after the Bris as well as the actual ceremony. The Bris could have been really stressful for Cara and I, being that we are first time parents, and you made the entire process quite easy. We also appreciated how smoothly the ceremony went and how you put us (and the rest of the family) at ease with your humor and confidence throughout.
Thank you so much and we hope to see you soon.
Regards,
Josh and Cara

Hi Rabbi Schusterman
We wanted to thank you so much for caring and professional way you conducted yourself before, during and after the bris. You can highly recommended from Rabbi Uminer and we understand why. Brandon is doing great and is completed healed. We really appreciated the visit before the bris (where you pointed out that our baby had jaundice – that the visiting nurse had missed!), the fact that you made it to the bris considering the blizzard at the time and the follow up visit after the bris. It certainly made the entire process a lot easier for us.
All the best for 2010

Some words for you:
When I decided to do a bris for my son, I was referred to Rabbi Schusterman by a good friend. From the first phone conversation, I found the Rabbi to be compassionate, flexible, engaged, thorough, and very professional. He made three visits out to see my son (including a preparatory visit, the bris itself, and a follow-up visit – schlepping from Peabody to Lawrence each time) and was always available by phone or email when I had any questions or concerns. Not only did he do a lovely job on the circumcision itself (my pediatrician was pleased), but his level of genuine warmth and engagement was reassuring to me on both an emotional and practical level. I felt that he wanted the best experience and outcome for my son, that he had a high standards for the procedure, and that he was delighted to be entering him into this important Jewish covenant. It was a tremendously positive experience. Thank you!

Thank you for following up to check on our son. He’s doing great. It’s been a little over a month now and he’s healed very nicely.
The care we received from you – with both the technical parts of the brit but also the highly charged and emotional nature of such an undertaking (especially for those of us with 1st borns) was excellent. We were grateful for you coming before and after the brit for follow-up and always available to talk on the phone in case we were apprehensive about anything.
If anyone wanted ever asked for a mohel recommendation I would send them straight to you and should we decide to have more sons in the future (:) you will be our 1st choice.
Thank you for all you have done and continue to do for others!
Sincerely,
Beth & Ariel
